To continue offering the time and attention our patients deserve, we have chosen to remain a self-pay practice. The pricing for your visit covers more than just the time spent with your provider—it also includes the time they dedicate to reviewing your lab results, preparing for your visit, and managing other important aspects of your care.  

 

For your convenience, we will provide a super-bill, including the necessary codes and insurance claim forms, so you can submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Additionally, any qualifying lab work will be filed directly through your insurance.  

 

*Please note: A super-bill must be requested at the time of your appointment.
